Prior to service level selection, a Rose Technologies professional will work with you and do a site assessment. This will assist both Rose Technologies personnel and you in determining the appropriate package to fit your specific needs. Pricing may be based on a per system, per instance, or per site basis depending on the results of this initial analysis. 

Products and Service Levels

Bronze

  • Initial evaluation/installation
  • Phone technical support 8:00am to 5:00pm CST (M-F) excluding holidays
  • Check alert logs, trace files 
  • Monitor Database and Server performance
  • Respond to calls by next business day 

Silver

  • Includes Bronze Service plus:
  • Standard Database Maintenance, table-space allocation, database performance
  • Extended call hours from 8:00am to 8:00pm CST (M-F) excluding holidays
  • Response to emergency callout within 8 hours
  • Point Release upgrades and patches applied as needed

Gold

  • Includes Silver Service plus:
  • Extended call hours to 24x7 including holidays
  • User administration and security 
  • Performance tuning of database and OS's as applicable
